What a year 2010 has been! Since its launch in January 2010, Window to the World has followed music therapy students to locations such as India, the United States, Uganda, and the Cayman Islands. We are so grateful for the students who have contributed to our global community by sharing their experiences, and we hope that reading the accounts has been interesting, informative, and enjoyable!
If you took part in a music therapy program abroad over the fall semester (or will do so over the break), we want to hear about it! Whether you spent time studying at a university, earning fieldwork hours, or using music therapy techniques on another type of trip, please consider sharing your experience with your peers around the world.Music therapy continues to attract positive attention around the world, and as students, you have the unique opportunity to begin forming international relationships very early in your careers. Interest in a global music therapy community continues to grow, and with current technology, the world is smaller than ever before. Let’s make the most of it!Best wishes,Rose FienmanContact Rose at assistant@wfmt.info for more information.
